Functional Urban Areas: how to make multi-level cooperation work

The European Urban Initiative joins forces with the World Bank and proposes a participatory 101 session for those working with Functional Urban Areas. How to make the multi-level cooperation work to ensure: better quality of life for citizens, access to jobs and overall better services within metropolitan areas. Everything based on concrete, real examples, coming from Greece, Poland and Portugal. This capacity building session foresees active engagement.
