As the Main Urban Authority, Coimbra Municipality leads the COIMBRA Sustainable Tourism LLM project, ensuring its alignment with local and regional priorities. Coimbra oversees project coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement, managing activities such as the creation of the Welcome Centre 4.0 and pilot projects. By driving sustainability initiatives and fostering innovation, the municipality ensures the project delivers lasting benefits for Coimbra region and its communities.

Transfer partners

Transfer Partners are urban authorities that join the EUI-Innovative Action project to observe and learn. Their primary aim is to enhance the adaptability of the project's solutions to different urban contexts within the EU. They come from different EU member states than the project Main Urban Authority and participate during the project's implementation phase. Each project generally involves three Transfer Partners.
