Construct Europe closing weekend (Culture Splash)

Starting January 1st, Belgium will hold the presidency of the Council of the European Union for six months. To celebrate this occasion, the city of Mechelen will host a grand cultural and community-oriented city festival. Mechelen will join forces with its partners: the Hannah Arendt Institute, art centre nona, Mechelen Feest en the J@M association. Together they’ll create a program that will breathe life into the themes of the festival: connection, collaboration and democratic dialogue. This way, we aim to unite Europe and its citizens.
