November, a month of dissemination for the SHARE project.

During this month, we had the great oppportunity of participating in key international events: the OECD conferences and the EUI Capacity Building event.

On November 12th, Mayor Javier Ayala was invited to the OECD headquarters to participate in the project "Reducing in an Intelligent and Sustainable Way: Preparing Regions for Demographic Change," financed by the European Commission (DG REGIO). During the event, he presented the SHARE project, reaffirming Fuenlabrada's position as a benchmark in social policy across Europe.

Following this, on November 12th and 13th, we participated in the EUI Capacity Building event in Limerick, Ireland. This initiative aimed to ensure that local development strategies and projects in Ireland, including those funded by the THRIVE programme (Town Centre First Heritage Revival Scheme), integrate the core values and principles of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) in their design, implementation, and outcomes.

Our team was invited to present the SHARE project, discussing its challenges, solutions, and best practices in project management with cities in Ireland.

Both experiences have been highly rewarding for our project team. These events inspire us to continue working diligently to make the SHARE project a successful reality.
