Transfer : The Openening Site Visit of SHARE

After a few months of online collaboration with our transfer cities, it was time to "put a face" to the work and start working on the ground.

From September 17th to 19th, representatives from the cities of Vilnius, Teramo and Larissa, together with our transfer expert Eddy Adams and our EUI project officer Kathleen McCarron, carried out the first visit with all the partners of the SHARE project.

As set out in the work plan, this first visit had two main objectives:

- For the transfer cities to understand the local context (political, social and economic) in which the project is being developed.
- To build the framework of the transfer work package by co-producing a more detailed version of it.

After these 3 days of work, we have to say that we have gone from being partners to being a family. Very good synergies have been established and it seems that the transfer work package will be a success!
