The object of this tender is to deliver a Capitalisation activity (study) on good practices for Innovative Financial Schemes in delivering Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) projects. To address the needs of the contracting authority (represented by the UIA Permanent Secretariat), the present Call for Tender is open to consultation companies applying alone or in joint or united consortium for the purpose of the knowledge management activity in object. The focus of the study as well as the expected tasks and outputs are described in the following.
