The object of this tender is to deliver training and advices to equip EUI, Interreg Europe, Interreg North West Europe and Interreg 2 Seas staff with Design Thinking tools and methodologies tailored to the creation, evaluation and improvement of services for their beneficiaries (European cities and regions).
It will cover (1) a generic training on basics of Design Thinking with a strong focus on service design public sector innovation, stakeholder engagement and service evaluation (2) tailored support to adapt Design Thinking methodologies and tools to the specific services provided by the EUI and Interreg EUROPE.
