Four EU cities where food is an ingredient for change
How can urban authorities promote sustainable food systems that help communities become not just healthier, but also more vibrant, resilient and inclusive? Here are four inspiring examples from cities in France, Greece and Italy. These fresh approaches to food-related urban challenges were all launched through projects funded by EUI’s predecessor Urban Innovative Actions (UIA). All cities went on to share their experiences and tools, enabling their solutions to inspire change in other urban areas around the EU.
